Matobo Hills Lodge is situated within a private wildlife reserve bordering Matobo National Park (50 km from Bulawayo).
The lodge's accommodation units are built upon a granite outcrop with sweeping panoramic views over the surrounding hills. The lodge has 18 en-suite chalets with both bath and shower facilities and a fan. There are 2 twin rooms with bunk beds available that can be used by families.
Meals are taken in an open-air thatched dining area with view of the surroundings. There is a separate lounge/bar situated on top of a granite ridge which commands spectacular 360-degree views of Mount Ififi and the Maleme Valley.
Activities at the lodge are particularly interesting owing to the unique nature of the Matobo Hills National Park.
