At the foot of Zomba Plateau you will find one of the most idyllic and peaceful lodges in Southern Malawi. There's never too many people around and you can truly find peace and quiet here. This lodge is ideal for small groups as it can only sleep up to 8 people at a time - with only 4 ensuite rooms. During the day you can enjoy views from the top of Zomba Plateau by going on a guided hike or by going to the nearby horse stables and horse riding on the plateau. A day trip to Zomba town is also highly recommended as the former capital of Malawi has a lot of historical significance to the country. There is unique architecture here that you won't find anywhere else! Not to mention the colorful market. In the evenings the resident chef will prepare a delicious three course meal for you and then you can either relax outside on the patio by candle light or sit by the fire in an armchair reading your favorite book (in July and August you won't take that fire for granted).
