Lagoon is perched on the banks of the wild Kwando River, overlooking the Mudumu National Park in the Namibian Caprivi Strip. The camp is nestled beneath towering ebony and marula trees in a heavily forested site.

The camp accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 spacious thatched en-suite chalet, including a 1 twin room family unit with inside/outside showers. The chalet are all raised on wooden platform and connected to the main area via pathways. Each chalet is well equipped with a ceiling fan, safe and jug of drinking water. The guests can get to admire wildlife from the chair on the terrace.

The circular main area comprises of open spaces with the dining room, the upstairs lounge and it’s library facing the river, the bar and the swimming pool deck.

There is a beautiful campfire in the front of the river welcoming the guests each morning and preparing them for the adventurous day ahead.

Another special feature of the camp is the afternoon river cruise. The unique double deck boat allows several guests the opportunity to drift along the river while enjoying spectacular views, mammal and bird life while sipping at your 'sundowner' of choice.

For those guests who enjoy fishing, there is ample room to throw a line in the water while the boat meanders along.
