Mukambi Fig Tree Bush Camp is newly opened camp and is situated in the remote part of Kafue National Park on the sandy banks of the Shishamba River, overlooking a big lagoon. It is named after a big Fig Tree in the middle of the camp. Fig Tree Bush Camp is open for guests from 1 May to 30 November.
It is a small and therefore intimate, well equipped camp with 4 luxury en-suite permanent tents and private verandas for each of those. They are set up on 3 meter platforms creating a spectacular view and safety.
The main area has a cozy gathering spot under a fig tree, with a small bar and lounge, with the perfect location to spot the game while relaxing in the comfort.
