Mukambi Safari Lodge, commonly known as “The Gateway to The Kafue National Park”, is situated in the central part of Kafue National Park on the banks of the stunning Kafue River. It is in the Game Management Area right next to Kafue National Park. The lodge is open all year round.
The Lodge has a great variety of accommodation, including luxury tents, family villa and chalets. All of them are well equipped and extremely comfortable. Luxury en-suite bathrooms, living rooms and private verandas for each of those.
The main area consists of a bar, souvenir shop, specious lounge and reception. Several viewing decks provide a great opportunity to enjoy the views of the river as well as spot the game. Two swimming pools are situated among emerging green plants, one of which is for children. The big campfire right on the riverfront is perfect for sundowners and storytelling under the stars.
